Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under Pakistani law to use this Site.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Return, Exchange, & Warranty Policy.

Products & Use

  • The Soul Ceramics sells ceramic sanitary ware products intended for normal residential use unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images, colors, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, glaze firing, and display differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.
  • Our products are not fully handmade; they are manufactured using industrial ceramic processes with quality control standards.

Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the product is dispatched.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, supported third-party payment gateways, or cash on delivery (COD).
  • We do not collect, store, or access sensitive payment information. All electronic payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

Delivery & Inspection

  • Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
  • Any issues related to transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
  • After 24 hours, the product is deemed accepted in perfect condition.

Return, Refund, Exchange, & Warranty

  • Return, refund, exchange, and warranty claims are governed exclusively by our Refund, Return, Exchange, & Warranty policy.
  • Installation must not proceed until inspection is completed. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted.

Lifetime Warranty

  • We provide a Lifetime Warranty (Limited & Non-Transferable) on the ceramic body against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
  • Accessories and internal components carry limited warranties as stated in the Warranty Policy.
  • Warranty exclusions include misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, and normal wear.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and trademarks, is the property of The Soul Ceramics.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to access restricted systems.

  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.

  • Our total liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product or part, at our discretion.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Soul Ceramics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including:

  • Contract Act, 1872.

  • Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

  • Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
